MacRitchie Reservoir
4.5km (Boys), 3.2km (Girls)
3rd April - went down for route familiarisation (for the Sec 1s esp) and it rained right after warm-up.
5th April - Rained @ JSS just before we set off... argHhh.
BUT the weather was sunny with occasional light breeze when we reached MacRitchie - great!
BUT what's new? It didn't last throughout - started drizzling just before the men and women open flagged off. Some, who still need to be told to warm down properly, used that as a convenient excuse.
Anyway, pics as follows:

Just missed the top 10 - Jin Ming must be disappointed but he's gaining back his form
Both Abloy & Kenneth look good when they are seriously running and in red jerseys - don't go the other way again please
Nizam's not too happy being pushed - who will be huh? Part & parcel of races - maintain your sportmanship even if others don't
Not in good form but surely must make it to the finish line
expecting 4.8 km but ended at 4.5 km
A sprained ankle but kept running
"Almost stepped on a monkey; those behind screamed like xxx" (Some felt rejuvenuated by monkeys; others are just wary.)

(Ella ella eh eh eh) Junko is pretty tickled/impressed by the Cedar girls' umbrellas. How many of you bring umbrellas for trainings/competitions?

Rayner - glad you came to support the team (otherwise, as he put it, would be at home facing comp, rather than the books) - could always do with an extra pairs of hands aound. Btw, some of your jokes were funny but only because they were told at the right time & place.
Not all would be running the National Xcountry but all would surely be going down to support!
